Clinical supervision for LICSWs and LPCs: $100 per hour
Insurance
We are an in-network provider with Kaiser Permanente and United Healthcare. Co-pays vary by insurance plan and are due at the end of each session.
We are not an in-network provider with Aetna, Cigna, or BlueCross BlueShield. However, if you have out-of-network (OON) benefits included in your Aetna, Cigna, or BCBS health insurance plan then you may be eligible for reimbursement of a significant percentage of your out-of-pocket costs for mental health services (after paying for the full cost of those services up front).
Please contact your health insurance carrier’s member services department and inquire about out-of-network benefits under your plan. Be sure to ask specifically about the percentage of the out-of-pocket costs that are covered by your out-of-network benefits as well as if a deductible applies to outpatient mental health services.

Cancellations
Please note that if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require that you provide us with at least a 24-hour notice. Failure to do so may result in you being charged for the full cost of your session.
